A new EUR funding method — SEPA Instant — is now available for EU residents as a faster and cheaper deposit method.

As we have informed you before, starting from 01st January 2021, you were required to update your deposit wallet addresses. From 04th March 2021 onwards, any deposits made to old wallet addresses that you used in 2020 are not automatically credited to your account.

Our team continues to restore the full-fledged functionality of the exchange. We have already enabled deposits/withdrawals for more than 30 cryptocurrencies.

We have enabled deposits and withdrawals for Ripple (XRP). Please note that you need to generate a new wallet address before depositing funds.

Enabling of deposits and withdrawals for main cryptocurrencies is tentatively scheduled for 25th-26th December 2020. For crypto withdrawals, you will need to generate a new wallet address. Please note that deposits to old wallet addresses will not be credited!
