Temporary updates to some fiat services
From 1 January 2026, SEPA (EUR) and some card withdrawal options will be temporarily unavailable for a limited period.
Starting 1 January 2026, and for a limited period, a few fiat-related services will be unavailable as part of a scheduled update. These changes are temporary, and we will restore the affected methods as soon as the update period is complete.
This currently includes:
▪️SEPA (EUR) deposits and withdrawals
▪️Visa/MasterCard withdrawals in USD, EUR, and PLN (card deposits will continue to work as usual)
We will share updates on the status of these methods via our official channels. If you have questions or need assistance during this period, our Support Team is ready to help.
