Deposit address update: Check your wallet before the next top-up

Before your next deposit, please make sure you are using an up-to-date address from your wallet.

Deposit

As a part of the planned update, we are going to archive old deposit addresses. After an address is deactivated, funds sent to an archived deposit address may not be credited to your balance. Always copy the address directly from your EXMO wallet before each new deposit, especially if you previously saved it in your contacts, notes or another exchange.

Before sending a new deposit in any of the assets listed below:

▪️go to your EXMO wallet and open the deposit page for the specific coin/network;
▪️if no address is displayed → generate a new deposit address;
▪️if an address is already displayed → you do not need to do anything and can keep using it.

⚠️This distinction is important: for many users, existing addresses will remain valid; only those who see an empty field need to generate a new one.

Deposit addresses will be refreshed for the following networks and tokens:

▪️ALGO (Algorand)
▪️ATOM (Cosmos)
▪️Binance Smart Chain (BSC): ETH and tokens (USDT, FLOKI, ASTER)
▪️DOT (Polkadot)
▪️NEAR (Near)
▪️SUI (Sui)
▪️XTZ (Tezos)
▪️QTUM (Qtum)
▪️LTC (Litecoin)
▪️BCH (Bitcoin Cash)
▪️DOGE (Dogechain)
▪️Solana: SOL and tokens (TRUMP, USDC, USDT, MELANIA, MANEKI, WIF, PUMP, FARTCOIN, ALCH, AI16Z, KMNO, GME, RENDER, PENGU, JUP, ACT, GOAT, LAYER, ZEREBRO, RIF, URO, GRIFFAIN)

If you deposit any of these assets, please double-check the address in your EXMO wallet before sending funds.

If you have any questions or are unsure whether your deposit has gone through, our support team is ready to help.
