What is EXMO Gift Card and how do you use it?

Disclaimer: The EXMO Gift Card product is not available to users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA). If you have any questions regarding your region’s eligibility, you can contact our support team.

What is an EXMO Gift Card?

EXMO Gift Card is a code you can use to transfer crypto or fiat between EXMO users and top up an EXMO balance.

What can I use an EXMO Gift Card for?

You can use it to:

  • send crypto or fiat to friends, family, or colleagues who use EXMO
  • top up an EXMO balance quickly without bank details or wallet addresses

How does it work?

When you create a Gift Card, the amount is reserved on your EXMO balance. When the recipient loads the code, the funds are credited to their EXMO balance instantly.

Is the process instant?

Yes. Gift Card creation, funding, and loading are instant. There are no delays or processing time.

Are there any fees or commissions?

No. EXMO Gift Card transactions have no commissions or extra fees. The recipient receives exactly the amount you funded the card with (applies to both crypto and fiat Gift Cards).

Are there limits on creating EXMO Gift Cards?

No. You can create as many Gift Cards as you want and for any amount (within the available balance and supported assets). You can create multiple cards in a row—there is no cooldown period.

Which assets are supported?

Gift Cards are available only for selected assets. For now, you can create a card using ADA, BCH, BTC, DOGE, ETC, ETH, EXM, LTC, SOL, TON, UAH, USDC, USDT or XRP (changes may apply).

What does a Gift Card code look like?

Each EXMO Gift Card is a 65-character code made of Latin letters and numbers. You only need this code to load the card.

Is a Gift Card code safe to share?

Treat the code like cash. Whoever gets the code can load the card. Share it only with the intended recipient and avoid posting it publicly.
