What the taker’s role includes:
▪️Browsing available offers and choosing the pair and side that fits your needs.
▪️Opening an order by taking an offer and entering the amount within the set limits.
▪️Completing the payment step and confirming the required action in the order flow.
▪️Tracking order statuses, using in-app chat when needed, and filing an appeal if an issue occurs.
Buying via P2P means you pick an offer, pay the seller fiat with the listed payment method and then wait to release the crypto once the seller confirms fund acquisition. The interface shows each stage through clear statuses, so you know what to do without guessing.
Follow this flow when you buy assets:
▪️Open P2P and choose Buy, then select the pair.

▪️Use filters to shorten the list.

▪️Pick the offer that meets your requirements and click Buy.

▪️Enter the amount you want to spend or how much you want to buy.

▪️Choose the payment method in the dropdown list.

▪️Click Buy to open the order.
▪️Pay only to the payment details and the name shown in the offer.

▪️Use the status labels to track progress.

▪️You can always contact the counterparty via the in-built chat.

▪️You can also add images, video or documents in the conversation.

▪️Mark the order as paid and wait for the crypto to be released to your account.

▪️You can leave feedback (anonymous or not) depending on how the counterparty fulfilled your order.

▪️If you encounter any issues, click Need help? and check the most common problems that you can appeal to.

You can find a more detailed breakdown of the appeal process in What are the order statuses and appeals.
Selling via P2P means you receive a fiat payment first, confirm you got it and then release crypto. The escrow logic supports this order of actions (assets are locked on the account), so you should always rely on the in-app steps and statuses.
Follow this flow when you sell assets:
▪️Open P2P and choose Sell, then select the pair.

▪️Use filters to shorten the list.

▪️Pick the offer that meets your requirements and click Sell.

▪️Enter the amount you want to spend or how much you want to buy.

▪️Choose the payment method in the dropdown list or add a new one.

▪️Click Sell to open the order.
▪️Use the status labels to track progress.

▪️Wait for the funds to be credited according to your payment method.
▪️You can always contact the counterparty via the in-built chat.

▪️You can also add images, video or documents in the conversation.

▪️As you received the funds and the counterparty marked the order as paid, release the crypto.

▪️You can leave feedback (anonymous or not) depending on how the counterparty fulfilled your order.

▪️If you encounter any issues, click Need help? and check the most common problems that you can appeal to.
