Watch out, phishing!
Email phishing cases have become more frequent recently. We ask you to be careful and not follow any suspicious links.
Our users note that phishing cases have increased over the past month — it’s time to seriously think about the security of your account!
Please note that EXMO NEVER requests passwords or sends out any letters asking you to change your password. Be careful and do NOT click on suspicious links.
Moreover, don’t forget to check the sender of the email. EXMO only contacts you from the following two email addresses: [email protected] or [email protected].
If you have received a suspicious email, we recommend that report this to our support team via [email protected].
What if I have already clicked on a suspicious link?
Don’t panic! Remember, the safety of your funds is in your hands! If you have already followed a suspicious link, we recommend:
- Setting up two-factor authentication for your exchange account and email address linked to your EXMO account.
- Setting up access to your account only from trusted IP addresses.
