Security notice: Phishing attempts have become more frequent

Please stay alert and double-check every message that claims to be from EXMO.

Phishing usually looks like a support email, a fake promotion, a warning about account restrictions or a request to confirm your login. The goal is to trick you into sharing credentials or sending funds.

All our emails have the domain exmo.com or exmo.email. Our official pages are exmo.com, info.exmo.com and exmo-coin.exmo.com.

What to do to stay safe:
▪️Always verify the sender email address and the domain carefully before you click anything
▪️Do not open links or download attachments from suspicious messages
▪️Never share your password, 2FA codes, or API keys with anyone, even if the message looks official
▪️Use bookmarks and type the website address manually instead of following links from emails
▪️If a message creates urgency, pause and verify it through official channels first

If you receive a similar suspicious email or message, do not engage with it:

Report it to our support team and include screenshots or headers if possible. Remember, we never send messages with such requests.

Stay safe and protect your account.
