As we have informed you before, starting from 01st January 2021, you were required to update your deposit wallet addresses. From 04th March 2021 onwards, any deposits made to old wallet addresses that you used in 2020 are not automatically credited to your account.
If you have made deposits using your old wallet address after 04th March 2021, they have not been credited to your account. To get them credited, create a new wallet address and then contact our support team at [email protected].
