EXMO.com to close USDC Earn contracts for EU users

We would like to inform our European Union (EU) users about upcoming changes to the Earn program for USDC on EXMO.com.

These changes are being made to align with new regulatory requirements under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation.

Starting December 16, 2024, the following updates will take effect:

1. USDC will no longer be available in “Assets for Earn” for users in the EU.
2. All active Earn contracts in USDC held by EU users will be canceled.
3. Accumulated yield will be distributed to users impacted by the cancellation of contracts.
