EXMO Coin delisting for EEA users

Starting July 23, EXMO is implementing changes related to EXM usage on our platform.

EXMO Coin

To align with the upcoming MiCA licensing requirements, we impose some limitations that will affect users in the European Economic Area (EEA).

What is changing

Starting July 23, the following functions will be unavailable:

▪️EXM/USDC trading pair
▪️EXM deposits and withdrawals
▪️EXM in Fixed Earn
▪️Earn levels
▪️EXMO Premium
▪️EXMO Gift Card
▪️EXM Dust Converter

These restrictions will apply exclusively to EEA users, determined by the country of residence or IP address.

What you should do if you hold EXM

We are giving all users a 30-day period, until July 23, to use their remaining EXM. The most practical option is to purchase EXMO Premium to get discounts on trading fees and enjoy another full month of trading at lower rates.

After this deadline, unused EXM balances may become unavailable for trading or conversion for EEA users, in line with regulatory requirements.

Why these changes are happening

As part of our ongoing effort to meet MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) compliance, we’re adjusting our services to fit the new legal framework. These changes are essential to ensure the continuity of our services in regulated jurisdictions, including the EEA.

If you have any questions or need support converting your EXM, feel free to contact our support team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we take important steps toward a fully compliant future.

Stay compliant together with EXMO.
