We are sad when users leave us, but if you have decided to delete your account, first make sure to withdraw all funds from your exchange account. Then, send a request to the EXMO.com support team via email at [email protected].
Please note: A request to delete an account must be sent from the email address used when registering your account.
The request must include the following information:
- Username (login name displayed in the upper right corner of your account on EXMO.com).
- The email address that your EXMO.com account is registered with.
- Reason for deleting your account.
You can also delete your account in the EXMO.com iOS app. Here’s how:
- Open the EXMO.com app on your iOS device.
- Tap “More” in the bottom right corner, then select “Settings”.
- Choose “Delete Account” on the following page.
- Confirm the action using your PIN code or TouchID/FaceID, if enabled.
- Finally, tap “Yes, delete my account”.
Once completed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Please note: Deleting your account will result in permanent loss of access to your wallet balance, transaction history, personal messages and other data. You will not be able to undo this action or restore the information.
