Deposits

After successful verification, you can top up your account. You can find all available deposit methods in the “Wallet” section. Different verification stages are required depending on the deposit method you have chosen.

To deposit a certain cryptocurrency or fiat, tap “Deposit” and select the depositing method.

How to deposit fiat

Tap “Deposit” next to a particular fiat currency and then select the deposit method.

Depending on the selected currency, the following deposit methods are available in our mobile app:

• EXMO Gift Card
• Bank card Visa/Mastercard
• Etana Custody USD/EUR
• WIRE Frick Bank
• AdvCash
• SEPA Frick Bank
• Instant SEPA
• Payment terminal
• Payer

Since we continuously extend our deposit methods, the list of available options in the app may slightly differ.

Choose the deposit method. Then fill in the required fields and tap “Deposit”. You will be redirected to the payment page of our payment partner to complete the transaction.

Deposits are automatic and take between 1 to 60 minutes.

How to deposit cryptocurrency

Go to the “Cryptocurrency” tab in the “Wallet” section and tap “Deposit” next to a particular asset. On the new page, you will see the deposit details: the minimum deposit amount, transaction fees and a QR code with your wallet address. To make a deposit, scan the code or copy the address and transfer the required amount.

Cryptocurrencies are usually credited to your account within 60 minutes. The transfer speed depends on the number of confirmations in the network.

Fees and limits

EXMO does not charge cryptocurrency withdrawal fees. However, you may need to pay transaction fees charged by payment services and banks.

Deposit fees and limits are provided when choosing the deposit method or on the withdrawal screen.

After a deposit has been successfully processed, you can start trading crypto.
