As of 4 p.m. server time the following changes to commissions of payment systems will be in effect.
Deposit:
OKPAY (RUB) 4 %
Perfect Money (USD) - 2.5 % (for verified users of Perfect Money system) and 4 % (for not verified users)
Other commissions remain unchanged.
